Hide profile on Android and web 

If you're looking to step away for a short while instead of permanently deleting your POF profile, Hide Profile is the perfect option!

Before we dive in, below are a couple of good to knows:

Hidden accounts won't be shown in public areas of the app (Meet Me, Matches, Online), but you will be able to continue to chat with members that you have previously liked or currently connecting with.

Hide your account on POF.com using a laptop or desktop computer:

1. Head to My Profile
2. On the right-hand side, scroll down until you find Profile Visibility.
3. Toggle on or off.

Hide your account on your Android Device

1. Head to My Profile
2. Tap on Manage Account
3. Under Settings, look for Hide My Profile
4. Toggle on or off.

Hide your account on a Mobile Web Browser

1. Head to My Profile
2. Tap on Manage Account
3. Under Settings, look for Hide My Profile
4. Toggle on or off.

Please note: Your subscription will remain active until you tell us you don't want to re-subscribe. Make sure to turn your subscription status off at least 24 hours before the expiry of your current membership. See this link for more information.
