All charges for in app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We don’t offer refunds on token or upgraded account purchases, or subscriptions.
If someone gets access to your account and makes purchases using your credit card, we can provide a refund for fraudulent purchases, but we’ll need to delete the compromised account.

Third-Party Subscriptions (iTunes, Google Play, or Paypal Express):
As much as we’d love to take care of it for you, only you can edit third-party accounts through their proprietary sites. Use your iTunes, Google Play, or Paypal account to edit your subscription, or reach out to their support teams directly for assistance.

If you can’t quite remember how you made your last purchase, log into your account on Plentyoffish.com and click on Premium/Account. You'll see what third-party you used for your purchase.
