No one likes talking about money, so we'll try to keep it short and sweet. All purchases on POF are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We don’t offer refunds on tokens or upgraded account purchases, or subscriptions. You can see our Terms of Service for regional exceptions to our refund policy.
Third-Party Subscriptions (iTunes, Google Play, or Paypal Express):
As much as we’d love to take care of it for you, in-app purchases are billed a little differently. When you purchase an upgrade directly through the app, your billing details and credit card info are linked directly to the third party. Since the final payment went through that third party, our POF team doesn't actually have the access to refund you.
