How to cancel
You can cancel upcoming renewals through the Plenty of Fish Website. You can click here, or visit PlentyOfFish.com.

On your phone, the Account page is found in the left menu bar.

On Desktop Web, you can find the Premium page in the menu at the top of your screen.
Change or cancel your App Store subscriptions

Tap
or your profile picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.
You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.

Choose a subscription, then do any of the following:

Change or cancel an existing subscription.

Resubscribe to an expired subscription.

Cancel a subscription on the Google Play app
- Open the Google Play app

- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Cancel a subscription on play.google.com
- Go to play.google.com.
- Sign in to the correct Google Account.
- At the left, click My subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Manage
Cancel subscription.
- Within the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.

General notes on cancellation
- Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.
- Once you do cancel your subscription, you'll be able to use your Plenty of Fish subscription for the remaining days you paid for.
- Canceling a subscription doesn't retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously paid subscription fees can’t be prorated based on your cancellation date.
