If you ever need to pick up new digits for your phone, you'll need to wait until the next time you're asked to verify your account to get it updated.
- Tap "Update your Number" to change the number we have on file for you, and follow the prompts.
- If you don't see the "Update your number" option, tap Send Code instead. On the screen to enter your verification code, you should see an Update Number option.
Can't remember the number you have on file?
We show you the last two digits only. If you can't remember your previous number you will not be able to successfully verify your account or update the number. We'll be happy to close the account for you so you may register for a new account with your new phone number. (For security reasons, we are unable to change the number on an account for you.) Please reach out and let us know you need your account closed.
