I was talking with someone and now I can't find our messages!
If you were chatting with a member and you can't find their profile or past messages, it most likely means their profile is no longer active on POF -
I got a notification that I got a message and now I can't find it
We remove the message altogether as we want to prevent our members from potentially reading or seeing something unpleasant or unwanted -
I want to look back at a past conversation can I do that?
To keep your inbox neat and tidy we remove conversations older than 30 days
