In-app purchases are billed a little differently - when you purchase an upgrade directly through the app, your billing details and credit card info are linked directly to your Apple account/Apple ID. Since the final payment went through Apple Pay, our POF team doesn't actually have access to refund you.
The good news is that you can contact Apple to see if you're eligable for a refund. You can use any device with a web browser to request a refund.
Here is How to request a refund from Apple
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose PlentyofFish subscription, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
