In-app purchases are billed a little differently compared to making a purchase an upgrade directly through your credit card, as your billing details are linked to your Apple account/Apple ID and are housed through Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, since the final payment went through Apple Pay, we aren't able to refund you as we don't actually have any of your credit information on file to refund.
Some purchases from the App Store or iTunes Store might be eligible for a refund. You can use any device with a web browser to request a refund.
Here is How to request a refund from Apple
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose PlentyofFish subscription, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
