You can use our real time chat support to ask questions about streaming or anything about Live! Credits, Diamonds, or Cash Outs.
You can find our real time chat option on your profile on the app (if you are a VIP) or you can find it by accessing our Help Center.
To chat with us, click on the Support button at the bottom right:
Weekdays and Weekends: 10 am to 12 pm and 1.30 pm to 3 pm (PST).
Once you decide to get in touch with us, please select the correct option from the dropdown. All Live! Streaming questions will be answered by our Live! Streaming department.
Please note that any other questions related to your Plenty of Fish profile will not be answered by our Live! Streaming department. They are only answering streaming related questions.
To have an agent support you with anything other than streaming, please choose the correct dropdown option.
