Canceling or refunding your paid subscription

Looking for a refund? Plenty of Fish subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Special terms may apply, just head to our Terms & Conditions to see if you're eligible. 

Looking to cancel your subscription? You've come to the right place! Just follow the steps below to stop future charges. 

 

App Store 

  1. Go to your phone Settings > iTunes & App Store 
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (POF).
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.

Google Play App

  1. Go to the Google Play app.
  2. Tap the profile icon, at the top right, 
  3. Tap Payments & the subscription
  4. Tab the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

  1. Log into your account on a desktop computer.
  2. Go to Manage Account 
  3. Under Membership, select Account Type 

  4. Under My Membership, select cancel membership or re-subscribe.
