Why can’t I use my phone number?

Currently, we require all accounts to be registered using a phone number. We only support one phone number per account.

If you're encountering issues creating your account with your phone number, it could be for a few reasons:

  • You created a different account with that number.
  • Your carrier is experiencing issues preventing your number from use.
  • Some regional restrictions may apply.

 

Not receiving a verification code?

Here’s how you can troubleshoot:


  • Make sure you have an internet connection or cellular data enabled.
  • You can also check if you’re able to receive SMS messages.
