Why did I receive a warning on my account?

If you're here, you've probably already received a warning on your account, and you want to know what's up, and that's fair. We work hard to create a safe space for our members (like you), and no one likes being told they have done something wrong - so if you want to send us an email we'd be happy to chat more about this and even double check to make sure the warning was needed (we're human and sometimes we make mistakes too).

2. If you're contacting our team for any membership or billing-related questions, just be sure to email from the registered email on your account (otherwise we can't verify it's you, meaning that we can't share account-specific information with you!).
