Editing Notifications

Email Notifications


We'll only try to contact you when there’s something we think you should know, but we understand that you may want fewer emails in your inbox. Check out the steps below to update your settings - you can update how often you’re notified about matches and new messages over email.
 

  1. Select Profile and then Manage Account
  2. Contact Settings
  3. Toggle each notification

Unsubscribe from emails

If you want to unsubscribe from Plenty of Fish emails, there’s a link at the bottom of every email we send. Selecting Unsubscribe will take you to your Mail Settings, where you can choose which emails you want to keep receiving.

* FYI - if you opt out of all emails, we're still legally required to send you emails about privacy updates
 

App / Push Notifications

To turn off or on all app notifications, you'll need to navigate to your device's notification settings. 

We don't currently offer the ability to control which push notifications you'd like to receive on our apps.
